Hi everyone, I am 8 weeks pregnant and was also diagnosed having two cyst both on my ovary.Left size is quite small and my right size is a dermoid cyst with 8.2 x 5.6 cm. My OB advised me to have an operation to remove the dermoid cyst between 14 to 16 weeks of pregnanancy.
